Carpathian Adventure
by Tim Hunt
This blog is a record of my adventures in the Romanian Carpathian mountains. I and my colleague Phil Grayson set off to photograph the onset of winter in this beautiful wildlife park, but were caught out by the atrocious weather. We were separated and I spent many days and nights alone on the mountain, starving and freezing. Thankfully I came out of it: you can read all about it here and see some of the pictures. I won't post any more to this blog since the adventure is, thank God, over.

Amy's Diary

Stonehenge Aotearoa

For millennia people have gazed in awe at Stonehenge, often totally unaware of how structures such as this were used. Stonehenge Aotearoa will be a full-scale working adaptation of Stonehenge that is intended to inspire New Zealanders young and old, to explore and experience for themselves how technologies of ancient times were used, and still can be used, to give practical and detailed information on the seasons, time and navigation.
